5 Favorite Foods - Prove Me Wrong

I told you that sometimes this space would be some thoughts that just roll around in my head. Today is one of those days. Here are five of my favorite foods in no particular order. You can certainly comment and disagree with me - but you'll be wrong.
The Original Chick-Fil-A sandwich - I have a theory about "The Lord's Chicken". I don't believe it's possible to have a mediocre Chick-Fil-A sandwich twice in a row. On the rare occasions when you get one that's been under the warmer for a while, you can rest assured that the next one you get will have that wonderfully hot, perfectly seasoned, slightly tasting of butter and pickle, goodness that rest in that foil package. I would eat a Chick-Fil-A sandwich seven days a week if they were open on Sunday.
Post-Thanksgiving turkey sandwich - The details are everything here. It must be white-meat turkey on white bread. Miracle Whip, not mayonnaise. One slice of cheese, and it's best if the turkey is slightly heated to give the cheese a little melted gooiness. Put a little salt on the turkey and you can extend your Thanksgiving for at least one more meal.
Ham and Cheese Omelette - I can't make a good one to save my life, but when you find a diner or restaurant that serves up a good one, there's no better start to the day. The best one I've had was in Ketchum, Idaho. It was three eggs, diced ham, and gruyere cheese.
Bratwurst and sauerkraut - For this to be the perfect dish, a few things are required: a bun, brown mustard, a fine lager (not too hoppy), and a baseball game.
Smoked (fill in the blank) - It can be brisket. It can be a pork shoulder. It can be turkey. It can even be seafood. I love the taste of smoke in my food.
Honorable Mentions: Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich, turnip greens, fried okra, and chili (with beans).
